HEALINC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALINC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

HEALINC’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HEALINC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEALinc from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your content

  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

11. Governing Law
